Muffin was surrendered to the Sanctuary after already having two homes that were afraid of her temperament.
Muffin is looking for a bunny experienced home. She loves her food and enjoys her greens even more. Upon entering her enclosure she is always a little wary of why we’re in there. We believe her temperamental behaviour could stem from fear. Whenever Muffin is fed, we leave her be and allow her to have her own space. When the feeding bucket enters her enclosure, she will attack & kick it as if to say “hurry up”. She also loves to flip her bowls over & prefers to eat her nuggets off the floor!
She loves to explore her surroundings and rubs her chin on everything. She enjoys chewing on cardboard boxes and is quite good at sniffing out her favourite treats if you hide them in a snuffle matt or around her enclosure.
